  Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/ Vista Computer - Once you download the installation files, you will need to uncompress the product folder to your desktop. A Windows computer allows you to unzip or uncompress these files without additional software. (You may also use WinZip or Mac StuffIt).
  Microsoft Windows Web Site/Server - The Web application requires a web site hosted on Windows Server 2000 or 2003 with the following settings:
  ASP Classic (3.0) - You must enable this on the web site/server.
  ASP.NET 1.1 - You must enable this on the web site/server.
  MSXML - You must install this on the web server (note: almost always installed by default, with Internet Explorer).
  Read/Write Permissions - must enable read/write permissions on all product physical folders and files, and for both ASP.NET and IUSR_ accounts, on the web server.
